I had the wonderful pleasure of creating conversation, forging new relationships as well as hearing the talents with/of other women that produce music during EP 3 of Behind the Boards: All Women Edition! We speak on various topics including: Being women in a male-dominated industry, our music production processes, the constant challenge to garner female support and support from peers, etc. This conversation took place on May 22, 2020, and I am just posting about it today. It’s perfectly fine because the sentiment stands every day! We are women and we must be heard… & we will.
